PDF Seps2Comp 1.5 enables prepress professionals to transform their separated PDF files into composite documents. The composite document is a live, editable document-not a bitmap-that can be manipulated and saved in the same manner as any other PDF file. PDF Seps2Comp provides the last link to a truly composite workflow.
This new version features a Preview component that provides the overprint inspection of pre-separated files. Turn color plates on and off, zoom in, and inspect trapping. PDF Seps2Comp 1.5 supports object conversion to allow for either PostScript Level 2 or 3 output devices.
PDF Seps2Comp 1.5 plug-in for Acrobat solves several long-standing problems with an all-PDF prepress workflow. Acrobat users no longer have to return to their original application to edit and regenerate their separated PDF files, eliminating a potentially lengthy and expensive exchange between designers and printers.
PDF Seps2Comp 1.5 with S2C Plateview is a special product bundle that offers a powerful separation viewer to view composite documents. Users have the ability to compose the separation, view the composite separations, edit the composite document, then separate the file again with a PDF separation tool.
