1. Create a new QuarkXPress, InDesign or Illustrator document at specified size.
2. Place crop marks, add an auto updating slug*
3. Create a folder on the server in the correct location
4. Copy assets to that folder
5. Load those assets into the document
6. Save the document to the folder ready to be worked on
7. Adds job to CaptureWorks DB so JobCapture and PrintCapture can start tracking all time and printing associated with job for management and billing**
