JobCapture is intuitive, user-friendly software that intelligently and automatically tracks working time and activity on any document in standard applications such as Adobe Photoshop, ArchiCad, QuarkXPress, Microsoft Office and many more. All of this is achieved with minimal intrusion to workflow with a patent pending Auto Job Jacket, or optionally with no intrusion, running in the background. It runs on each user's computer, sending important job-related information (time, activity, job number, etc.) to a central database (included) whenever a document is closed. When in operation, it mostly goes unnoticed and is far easier on users than filling in forms on an endless paper trail or entering time in an "old-fashioned" billing system. If you are using a timer or manually entering times, it's up to 40% innaccurate because of the omissions and "guesstimates" that are a natural result of today's hurried, multi-tasking workflows, combined with the human tendency to procrastinate. After all, who has time for timekeeping?

Requirements
• Apple OS 9 or Higher and Windows 98 through XP. OS X Client requires 10.2.4 or higher
• RAM memory overhead requirement is negligible. The memory
should reflect the requirements of the highest demand application loaded in the desktop plus 1 or 2 MB.
• Hard disk space is negligible, as JobCapture on the desktop caches data for the day and sends it to the database. At the end of the day, the cache is emptied or stored compactly for future reference if desired.
