ID2Q offers QuarkXPress users a quick and easy way to convert InDesign files into QuarkXPress documents. All elements of the document, including object positions, colors, fonts, text attributes, images, etc. are converted with a single click. ID2Q also converts between cross-platform files, converting WIN InDesign files to MAC QuarkXPress. File conversion is performed to the best standard achievable by current technology but will not be 100%. Use of this product is likely to require some manual processing to achieve the desired result.
Features:
• Support for "runaround on all sides of on object": InDesign documents converted to QuarkXPress 5 are now able to have text runaround on all sides of an object.
• An ID2Q preference has been added to the QuarkXPress 5 preference menu. This menu gives the user the ability to select the language they would like the ID2Q menu to be displayed in. This preference also allows the user to synchronize the language displayed on ID2Q with the language of the current operating system.
