Vacation time, everyone's coming along, in groups, as a family or in couples, for the first time or for the hundredth time. Time to land. People start rushing around, others wait quietly. Walking and waiting. For a few strange moments, the vacuum is filled with relationships being intensified or publicly acknowledged. Time drags on and breaks the purity of the zenith and the electric nights, in the soft sand and on the smooth floor of the airport. Isabelle Rozenbaum is both far-removed from these playlets and yet at the heart of the everyday life which is being represented.
